The political office of Machrouû Tounes revealed, in a press release published this Wednesday, July 6, 2022, that it will not partake in the referendum on the draft constitution scheduled for July 25.
The party called for the postponement of the referendum to return to a serious national dialogue and to draw up a constitution ensuring sound democratic governance and enshrining the rights and identity of the “Tunisian Umma”.
