The governorate of Mahdia reported 51 new recoveries,taking the recovery toll to 1200 ,the local health administration revealed.
In addition, the region recorded 6 new infections with the coronavirus, out of 37 analyzed samples , bringing the infection tally to 1,676 .
The new positive cases were discovered in Mahdia (4 cases), Chorbane (1 single case) and Mellouleche (1 single case).
Since the spread of the pandemic, 1,676 cases have been detected in the governorate of Mahdia,including 52 deaths and 424 active cases.
