The agents of the national guard district of Mahdia, succeeded in elucidating the mystery of the death of an old farmer, discovered dead on his farm in Hbira.
The inquiry identified four criminals who decided to rob and sell the old man’s tractor in order to pay for illegal migration to Europe. They assailed the farmer, then crushed him under the wheels of the tractor, before driving the machine, to hide him in Agareb, in the governorate of Sfax, then they hid in various regions of the country pending the sale of the tractor and shipment to Italy.
