Speaking to Tunisie Numérique,official spokesperson for the Sousse 1 court, Moez Yousfi said that the businessman and former minister Mehdi Ben Gharbia is appearing before the investigating judge of the first court Sousse 1.
According to the same source, Ben Gharbia is accused of money laundering and tax evasion. He said that the administrative and financial directors of the company will in turn appear before the investigating judge along with two other individuals.
