Nadia Ayari, director general of primary education with the Ministry of Education stated today that a circular will soon be published to declare the postponement of first-quarter exams in public and private schools.
She clarified that only the written tests of the first quarter will be maintained after the winter holidays.
According to her, this will permit primary learners in public schools, affected by the strike of temporary teachers, to take advantage of 3 weeks of additional teaching.
