The Ministry of Health has disclosed that it will take all required legal measures against the perpetrators of the numerous attacks that targeted medical and paramedical personnel operating in the various public and private health establishments.
The department recalls that contempt of a public official during the exercise of his functions is a transgression punishable by the penal code. It reaffirms its refusal of any form of violence targeting its officials during the exercise of their functions.
