Minister of State and Land Affairs Mohamed Rekik declared today, on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, on Wednesday, that the new system was approved in the 2019 finance law, seeks to evaluate all the properties of the ‘State, and that his department will operate on its implementation in coordination with all the ministries concerned.
The Minister has, in fact, added that in this regard, an inventory of all the properties belonging to the different ministries was carried out and assessed, to be included later in the state ownership registers.
In addition, he affirmed that the list of international sections will be updated and that a list of agricultural real estate has been established, emphasising that the preservation of international real estate is a joint effort between the Ministry of State of the State and others in cooperation with the public and private sectors.
