The Interior Ministry declared this Wednesday, November 18, 2020, the arrest of 3 individuals indicted of the murder of a foreign man living in Monastir.
Following the discovery yesterday of the victim’s body, the judicial police initiated an inquiry which led to the identification of a suspect who was detained the same day, the ministry stated in a declaration.
The latter confessed to his crime, stipulating that he had perpetrated this murder with the help of his paternal cousin, a friend of the victim, as well as a third individual: They had conspired to commit a burglary then get rid of their victim, specifies the same source.
The accomplices were arrested and taken into custody, and the prosecution ordered their detention for premeditated intentional homicide, as well as the continuation of the investigation.
