Monastir regional director Moncef Hawani affirmed that a Guinean with COVID-19 has escaped from Monastir COVID-19 centre.
The man was detained in kef Prison, he was transported to the centre after testing positive for the virus.
Workers working in the centre headed to give him dinner when they didn’t find him in his room.
Search is underway to find him.
