Spokesman for the courts of Monastir and Mahdia Farid Ben Jaha disclosed that the Court of First Instance in Monastir ruled not to hear the case against the principal of a middle school in Wardanine and acquitted him of charges of physical and electronic sexual harassment of a student at the aforementioned school.
Research revealed, according to Farid Bin Jaha’s statement, that the student created a fake account and communicated with the principal on the basis that she was a 20-year-old girl, to lure him into reacting to her failure after he declined to help her pass.
