Nabeul’s judicial police brigade captured the owner of an anarchic daycare yesterday Friday, Mosaique FM reported citing a poilice source. The latter is accused of harassing and raping a six-year-old.
The events took place at the beginning of this week and the mother of the girl filed a complaint. The investigation unveiled that the suspect, a graduate, converted a garage in downtown Nabeul into a space dedicated to private lessons and numerous activities for students of different ages.
The same source added that the regional child protection delegate and the woman, child and family affairs officer took care of the victim and her mother. The lawless space was promptly shut down. The owner has been taken into custody, by order of the public prosecutor, while the inquiry continues before his judicial review.
