Former presidential chief of staff, Nadia Akasha, was condemned in absentia by the Tunis court of first instance to 14 months in prison following a complaint filed by Kaïs Saïed’s sister-in-law, the lawyer Atika Chebil, who accused Akacha of having talked about her in leaked telephone conversations a few months ago.
