The President of the Republic, Kais Saïed has today designated five new directors general within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad:
The appointed are:
- Samia Elhem Ammar, Minister Plenipotentiary Hors Classe, in charge of the functions of Director General of Economic, Cultural Diplomacy and Strategic Planning
- Jalel Snoussi, Senior Minister Plenipotentiary, in charge of the functions of Director General for Africa and African regional organizations
- Naceur Essid, public services advisor, in charge of the functions of director-general of consular affairs
- Ahmed Ben Sghaier, Minister Plenipotentiary, in charge of the functions of Director-General of the Arab World and of Arab and Islamic Organizations
- Khalil Tazarki, Public Services Advisor, in charge of the functions of Director General for Europe, the European Union and the Mediterranean.
