Tunisie Numérique’s correspondent remarked this Monday, January 9, 2023, that basic products like pasta are not available in some large commercial areas in Tunis. The Food Shelves are empty, there are only a few cannelloni boxes.
It is a new headache for Tunisians, who have encountered shortages for months of numerous foodstuffs, such as white sugar, coffee, rice, butter and even carbonated drinks and mineral water in bottles.
