Clashes broke out this evening between law enforcement and young demonstrators who breached the curfew and blocked some roads in the governorate of Gafsa, Tunisie Numérique correspondent in the region reported.
The protests started when local authorities demolished a kiosk belonging to a young woman with a diploma and a disability, the same source revealed.
Gafsa is not the only town to have encountered unrest last night. Many regions have been rocked by protests and acts of vandalism, including Siliana, Kasserine, Kef, Kairouan, and even Great Tunis.
