Speaking to Shems FM, Director-General of the National Observatory of New and Emerging Diseases Nissaf Ben Alaya asserted that the issue of re-closing the borders can no longer be raised again.
She pointed out the need to coexist with the virus.
All countries direct to open their borders and the data confirm that COVID-19 will remain in existence for a long time, therefore it is not possible to close the borders, but rather to live with the virus, she added.
