a spokesperson for the Ministry of Health Nissaf Ben Alaya reported that the epidemiological situation in Tunisia is extremely dangerous.
Nissaf Ben Alaya further said that 192 new cases of the UK variants were detected in Tunisia during this critical period, adding that the level of alert is now “very high” in 15 governorates and 111 delegations.
She added in the same context that rallies, demonstrations, family celebrations and funerals have served in accelerating the spread of the virus.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Health also emphasised the importance of vaccination in this difficult situation.
