Secretary-General of the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT) Noureddine Taboubi announced that a decree will be issued to protect workers in the private sector against dismissals.
The private sector is required to preserve its workers and support them during these exceptional circumstances, said Taboubi.
The burden must be shared during these harsh time, he added.
He called upon companies to withdraw dismissal polices.
