On the sidelines of his participation in the meeting of the UGTT national administrative body, the general secretary of the UGTT Noureddine Tabboubi sent a message to the President of the Republic Kais Saïed. After declining participation in a formal dialogue, the results of which are known in advance, Taboubi said that the initiative launched by the presidential order could not be limited to the political file.
He stressed the significance of socio-economic issues revealing that Circular No. 30 on the creation of a consultative body did not meet the anticipations of the national parties. “We must learn from prior experiences,” he adds.
