As part of the growth of the company brand, Ooredoo Tunisia held its first customer Day yesterday, an initiative aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
During the event, the CEO, the directors and the Ooredoo teams paid a visit to all Ooredoo operations rooms, such as stores and call centres, to interact with customers and staff, make Direct experience of daily events and gain a more in-depth overview from the customer’s point of view.
“At Ooredoo, we believe that each day is a day devoted to the customer, and on the basis of this belief, we devoted this day to meeting our customers, listening to their feedback on our services and renewing the strong tie that we have woven with them over the years. This gesture will not be a punctual experience, we will definitely continue to create ways to engage with our customers to supply them with services that will bring added value to their lives. “Mansoor Rashid Al Khater, CEO of Ooredoo Tunisia said.
This day was also a chance for Ooredoo to convey its gratitude to its customers by offering gifts and surprises in all Ooredoo stores in a festive environment.
