During a plenary session held on Thursday, Qalb Tounes parliamentary bloc leader Oussama Khelifi called on independent MP Mongi Rahoui to join the Qalb Tounes parliamentary bloc.
An invitation that comes after Mongi Rahoui’s request to the presidency of the session, to allow the parliamentary bloc to benefit from its right to speak.
Osama Khlifi appears to have greatly appreciated this gesture. He claimed that Mongi Rahoui was extremely close to Qalb Tounes.
