ISIE President Farouk Bouasker disclosed the recording of several violations during the electoral campaign.
He explained that among these offences ten concern the change of location or schedule of campaign activity, 30 concern the non-declaration of the activity and 37 concern the unsuitable display places.
Bouasker added that the ISIE Council has cancelled the results of some candidates. Including the partial cancellation of the results of candidate Sami Toujani of the constituency of Sejnane after several violations, including disturbances to public order, the use of public goods and the non-compliance with electoral silence.
In addition, it was decided to fully cancel, the results of the candidate Tarek Mehdi of the district of Sakiet Dayer, for having surpassed the ceiling of the authorized budget.
