The interim relief chamber of the Tunisian Court of First Instance has declined the application relating to the lawsuit filed by the Free Destourian Party demanding the suspension of the electoral calendar issued by the Independent High Electoral Commission.
Last week, the legal representative of the Free Destourian Party lodged an urgent appeal from one hour to the next, demanding the suspension of the electoral calendar for the presidential election planned for October 6.
