The Free Destourian Party chaired by Abir Moussi declared this Thursday, February 25, 2021, that the general direction of associations to the presidency of the government, communicated a formal warning to the Union of Muslim scholars in accordance with the provisions of Article 45 of Decree-Law No. 2011-88 of September 24, 2011, relating to associations and following a meeting with PDL delegation.
The general direction of associations addressed this warning on the basis of a set of infringements, regarding, the first and the second article of the Constitution, articles 3, 4 and 9 of the decree of associations as well as laws relating to the educative system.
