The “Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control” Paris MoU, issued yesterday, Wednesday, July 1, 2020, its classification of flag performance.
Paris MoU has published three lists, white, grey and black of the countries at risk. Tunisia consequently appears on the blacklist as a “medium risk” country. It is ranked 58th out of 70 countries.
