President Kais Saied, on Thursday evening, arrived at El Aouina presidential airport after he headed to Kuwait to offer condolences to His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the new Emir of the State of Kuwait, on the passing of his Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait.
The head of the state offered his sincere condolence in his name and on behalf of the Tunisian people, to His Highness the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, as well as to the Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly, the Deputy Chairman of the National Guard, the Prime Minister, and a number of sheikhs from the honourable ruling family.
The president of the republic was accompanied by Foreign minister Othman Jerandi, reads a statement by the presidency of the republic.
