Prime minister Hichem Mechichi welcomed secretary-general of the UGTT, Noureddine Tabboubi.
At the end of the meeting, Taboubi said that they talked about the UGTT proposed national dialogue. which the head of the state has agreed to lead. Likewise, the social situation which has become critical, as well as certain sectoral problems were addressed. Both sides also discussed the publication of the list of martyrs and wounded of the revolution.
Tabboubi called on the head of government to resume discussions of the 5 + 5 commission and expressed the hope that 2021 will be the year of an economic upturn.
