Prime minister Hichem Mechichi said that no one single dime has been disbursed from 18-18 fund, adding that he has ordered to spend and exploit them to confront the pandemic, ‘I have authorized the disbursement of all funds and not to keep even one dinar in the fund with monitoring and accountability.’
Mr Mechichi also noted that 1300 medical and paramedical workers will be recruited, admitting the challenges faced by the health sector.
