A police officer on duty in the centre of the capital was attacked by two motorcycle offenders, the latter assaulted him and then stole “part” of his service weapon.
District police officers succeeded, through a significant search operation in Jebel Lahmar neighbourhood where the two offenders were from, to apprehend one.
The prosecution ordered to keep the arrested person under arrest and issue a search notice for his accomplice.
