The Tunisian Post has just started a novel service for the profit of retirees of the National Pension and Social Security Fund (CNRPS) in order to enable them to disburse their retirement pensions from ATMs “DAB”, under the authority of the post.
In a statement, the post said that people interested in this service should use their virtual accounts, which were earlier made available to them.
To receive the retirement pension, the retiree must press the “Withdraw without card” button, then enter the number of the national identity card, and then enter the last four digits of the virtual account, before entering the password, received directly by SMS on their mobile phone.
Finally, the beneficiary must decide the amount to withdraw and confirm the withdrawal process.
This procedure will be generalized for retirees of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), the Post stated, inviting CNRPS retirees to call the customer service centre on 1828 (Service No. 2 or 3), for more information.
