The President of the Republic, Kais Saied, landed Friday, June 4, 2021, at Tunis-Carthage airport, after his taking part in the second Tunisia-EU summit.
Prime minister Head of Government Hichem Mechichi was present to receive him, Governor of Tunis Chedli Boualleg, Mayor of Tunis Souad Abderrahim as well as the EU Ambassador to Tunisia Marcus Cornaro and some members of the presidential cabinet.
