President of the Republic Kais Saied presided over the 67th anniversary of the assassination of trade union leader Farhat Hached ceremony at Farhat Hached Mausoleum in the Kasbah in Tunis.Attendees recited Al Fātiḥah and laid a wreath of flowers on the tomb.
The service was attended by house speaker Rached Ghannouchi, caretaker Prime minister Youssef Chahed, prime minster designate Habib Jemli,UGTT Secretary-General Noureddine Taboubi and Farhat Hached’s son Noureddine Hached.
