President of the Republic Kais Saied received First President of the Administrative Court Abdessalem Mehdi Grissiaa at Carthage presidential palace, who handed him the yearly report of the court for 2017, 2018 and 2019. He further gave him the report on the presidential and legislative elections of 2019 and that of the municipal by-elections.
Grissiaa notified the Head of State of the activities of the Court’s judicial and advisory functions. He additionally briefed him on the concerns of administrative justice and the expectations of administrative judges on improving their working conditions. The First President of the Administrative Court also informed the President of the Republic of the progress of the draft Code of Administrative Justice.
