President Kais Saied welcomed prime minister-designate Hichem Mechichi at Carthage presidential palace, who briefed him on the contents of his meetings and developments in the formation of the government.
Mechichi informed the head of the state about the next step, stressing openness to all suggestions and perceptions that would contribute to speeding up the formation of a government that would answer to the urgent demands and expectations of all Tunisians.
