President Kais Saied met on Wednesday May 15, 2024 at Carthage Palace with Kamel Feki, Minister of the Interior, to examine the general security situation in the country. During this meeting, the president insisted on the necessity for everyone to respect the law, within the framework of the constitutional and legislative provisions in force.
Kais Saied also underscored the importance for regional and local officials to completely assume their responsibilities in serving citizens.
This meeting highlights the presidency’s commitment to maintaining public order and guaranteeing security while respecting the democratic principles enshrined in Tunisian legislation.
