In fond remembrance of late president Beji Caid Essebsi’s 40th-day commemoration, President Mohamed Ennaceur inaugurated Avenue Mohamed Beji Caid Essebsi in Carthage.
The inauguration ceremony was dutifully attended by family members, honorary Council members and national figures.
In his speech, President Ennaceur praised Carthage’s local Municipal Council initiative to commemorate the memory of the late president, considered as the key founder of the second republic.
