The President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, called during his meeting with prime ministerHichem Mechichi, and the Minister of National Defense, Ibrahim Bartaji, the military justice to execute the mandate of research that it had issued against MP Rached Khiari.
The head of the state assured that the military justice can execute this mandate in record time and that it should proceed without delay since the MP is being prosecuted for an offence in flagrante delicto!
He stated it is not about settling scores with this MP, but applying the law, to those who claim to demand its application.
