The President of the Republic, Kais Saied inked, this Wednesday, January 19, 2022, a decree-law amending Organic Law No. 2016-34 of April 28, 2016, connecting to the Superior Council of the Judiciary.

This decree-law puts an ending to the granting of allowances and advantages to the members of the Superior Council of the Judiciary.
