President Kais Saied held a phone conversation with Palestine President Mahmoud Abbas and Chief of Hamas’s Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh.
The phone conversations discussed the health situation inside the Palestinian territories, particularly the population density, which is one of the most prominent factors that may cause the spread of coronavirus. The lack of protection means, drugs and equipment needed to confront the Coronavirus pandemic was also addressed.
The head of state also communicated Tunisia’s firm standing with the Palestinian people and its readiness to present the Palestinian brothers with the assistance they need, in this difficult circumstance that all humanity is facing.
