President of Qalb Tounes party Nabil Karoui meeting with Prime Minister-designate Elyes Fakhfakh examined the expected government program, said spokesperson for the party Sadok Jabnoun.
He indicated divergent points of view between the two sides on the programme, especially the battle against poverty and developing the national economy.
He pointed out that Nabil Karoui had declared after the meeting with PM Fakhfakh, that “his party will be in the opposition.”
Karoui indicated that “plausibly, Qalb Tounes parliamentary group may not grant the vote of confidence to Fakhfakh’s government. The ultimate resolution will be made by the national council, which will convene shortly.”
