Turkish ambassador to Tunisia, Ali Onaner asserted that a personal friendship brings together Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and House speaker Rached Ghannouchi.
Speaking to Mosaique FM, he stressed that his relationship does not affect the relations that unite the two countries neither does it constitute an obstacle in any way.
