Political advisor to Ennahdha president Riadh Chaïbi indicated, on his Facebook page, that House speaker Rached Ghannouchi, will be carrying a visit to Washington, in January 2021, at the invitation of Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives.
He likewise said that this visit has no association with the inauguration ceremony of President-elect Joe Biden, but intends to strengthen relationships between Tunisia and the United States.
