President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, indicated, in a speech on the occasion of the ratification of the new constitution, after the announcement of the final results of the referendum, that it is a historical day.
“It is a historic day like many others, notably on July 25 of this year and last year,” he stated.
The head of the state likewise said that what he had embarked on was a recovery of the process of the revolution and the course of history, after “darkness prevailed and injustice has spread”.
