The Administrative Court declared, Friday, August 5, 2022, the rejection of the appeals against the constitutional referendum presented by I Watch and the Echaâb Yourid party.
The court announced its ruling in a press release stating that it is the first-instance judgment.
A third appeal has, it should be mentioned, been filed by Afek Tounes. The Administrative Tribunal’s decision on this appeal will be announced on August 8.
