The period of electoral silence abroad started at midnight, this Friday, July 22, 2022, until the closing of the last polling station abroad, in accordance with the decision of the Independent High Authority for Elections, number 13 of the year 2022, relating to the calendar of the referendum.
The vote, for Tunisians living abroad, takes place on July 23, 24 and 25, 2022, the ISIE revealed .
Farouk Bouasker, President of the Electoral Authority confirmed that the first polling station will open its doors in Sydney, Australia, and the last office will be in San Francisco, United States. In addition, the number of people registered in the electoral register increased to 9,278,541 voters, including 348,876 registered abroad, said Naoufel Frikha, member of the ISIE.
