The Council of the Independent High Authority for Audiovisual Communication (HAICA) has decided to inflict a fine of three thousand dinars on the radio “Diwan FM” for violating the electoral silence.
According to the Council, Diwan FM issued information on the referendum, during the live broadcast of an episode of the program “1.2.3 Soleil”, on July 24, 2022, on the official Facebook page of the radio.
