The Cantonal Judge of Djerba decided today, Monday January 17, 2022, to free the attorney accused of assaulting a security guard at Djerba Zarzis International Airport, after the plaintiff forsook the right to prosecute and the case has been adjourned to the following February 21, to plead the defence.
Remember that the person concerned was apprehended at the aforementioned airport in early January, “after intentionally pouring coffee on a security guard and then insulting him”, declared a security source to a private radio.
The same source added that the security guard stopped the lawyer from entering the airport after she left and insisted on taking a designated exit-only corridor, hence her violent reaction.
