Speaking on the airwaves of a private radio, director-general of the vigilance centre and member of the Scientific Commission for the battle against Coronavirus, Riadh Daghfous addressed the epidemiological situation in the country.
Mr Daghfous declared the rise in the number of intra-family infections and the saturation of the reception capacity in several hospitals.
Commenting on the proposal for general Lockodwn during the Eid period, Mr Daghfous said this restrictive measure will restrict movement between regions and consequently curb the spread of the virus.
Regarding vaccines, He declared that the Sinopharm vaccine will soon be authorized in Tunisia.
