Speaking to a radio,member of the scientific committee for the fight against Covid-19 Riadh Gouider addressed the decision declared yesterday relating to the epidemiological situation in schools.
He clarified that the “Omicron” variant does not constitute a risk to the state of health of children and vaccinated persons.
Commenting on calls for the hiatus of classes and the closure of educational establishments, Riadh Gouider said that schools could be closed in the event that officials were incapable to apply the health protocol and barrier rules.
