Tunisia will be heading toward the existence of two governments that will quarrel over legitimacy, declared Deputy Safi Saïd in a Facebook post .
He disclosed that the first government will lack capacity as its a caretaker government while the second one will lack the confidence of the parliament as they are without tasks and responsibilities
